No. We are a Space Transformation Service. While traditional designers focus on structural changes and long timelines, we focus on the "soul" of the room, curating heritage-print wallpapers, curtains, and decor to give you a fresh look in 24 hours without the construction mess.

The 24-hour clock begins the moment our installation team enters your home. It does not include the lead time required for custom printing and stitching your heritage fabrics, which will be communicated at the time of order.

Our wallpaper requires a dry, smooth surface for proper adhesion. If our team arrives and finds significant seepage or structural damage, we may have to pause the installation. We recommend a "Site Photo Check" during your booking to avoid this.

Yes. To ensure a 24-hour finish, the work area must be cleared of small items, electronics, and fragile decor. Large furniture should be moved at least 3 feet away from the target walls. Our team focuses on transformation, not heavy lifting or cleaning.

Our packages include a set amount of wallpaper (e.g., 100 sq. ft. for Silver). If your wall is larger, we provide the option to purchase extra wallpaper rolls at a pre-fixed rate per square foot.

No, Because your heritage prints and curtains are custom-made to your requirement, once production begins, we cannot offer a full refund. We do, however, offer a partial refund.

Wallpaper is an aesthetic layer, not a structural fix. We do not recommend covering major cracks that may indicate building safety issues. Installing over such areas is at the client’s own risk.

Yes! While our standard packages focus on heritage wallpaper and curated textiles, we offer  Wall Painting as an add-on service. We use premium, low-VOC, water-based paints that are safe for indoor use. However the add-on service is chargeable.

Painting is charged as an additional service based on the total square footage of the extra walls and the current condition of your surfaces. Our team will provide a transparent, fixed-price quote for this "Add-on" after your site measurements are confirmed.

No. Because painting requires specific drying times between coats and careful surface preparation to ensure a professional finish, the 24-hour installation window will no longer apply. Depending on the size of the room, adding paint typically extends the on-site timeline by 24 to 48 hours.

The name plate is a standard-sized heritage gift from The Veranda Project. If your door or entryway cannot accommodate it due to building rules or space, we can swap it for an additional Art Frame of equal value, but it cannot be redeemed for a cash discount.
